Tunnel Side Washers
Gently scrub off stuck on dirt on vehicles with these powerful Hanna Side Washers.
The Flex Wrap brushes and Angled Side brushes actually rotate in opposite directions. This counter rotating brush action cleans better in areas like the front and back of mirrors as well as the outer wheel well and rocker panel areas. Hanna’s exclusive cloth cut allows for faster brush rotation and cleaning action without increasing vehicle incident.
The Hanna 4-Pack Flex Wrap has a high pivot point that allows the brush to move smoothly around the outer edges of the vehicle. This increases cleaning action on the front and rear of all vehicles. Enhanced controls offer separate retract and extend pressures for each arm as well as float pressure for the mirror area. Hanna’s Angled Side Brushes contour to the shape of all vehicles and is taller than most side brushes. This allows better cleaning of the top side window area of sport utility vehicles and mini vans. The 4-Pack system is available as a free standing component.

Eliminate the Expense, Time and Labor to Prewash Grills, License Plates, and Headlights as well as to Remove Bugs and other Caked on Road Grime!
It is gentle and does not bend license plates because the washers rotate at the vehicle like a side brush (in the opposite rotation of the flex wrap brushes) and provide the necessary force to clean with no prepping. It can be fitted with Hanna Soft Cloth or Lite Foam material. Simple Shocks and Pneumatic controls allow the operator the flexibility to control pressure against the vehicle. For operators who own a Hanna Side Washer or Angled Side Washer, a kit is available to convert the component. Check with your Hanna representative to make sure there is enough tunnel space.

The HCRP comes in three sizes 21”, 28” and 35”. Shorter brushes penetrate deeper into the wheel wells and create more friction on the wheel and tire - while taller HCRP brushes reach higher vertical surfaces. The Lower portion of each HCRP brush has a wider and longer cut to allow better penetration in the wheel well area wheel including the tires and wheels.
Tension against the vehicle is achieved by an adjustable shock and spring assembly. There is also an adjustable stop bracket to set the rest position. The HCRP can be ordered free standing or post mounted.

Hanna’s Short Stack Flex Wrap was
designed to maximize your tunnel space by combining proven high performing cleaning equipment into one frame. This system starts with two side brushes with the ability to add additional equipment without adding to the tunnel required length. The operator can easily add S20 Mitter, Top Brush, Tire Washer, High Pressure Wheel Washer to the Short Stack Flex Wrap. The driver side and passenger side brush arms are offset allowing separation between brush assemblies. Enhanced controls offer separate retract and extend pressures for each arm as well as float pressure for the mirror area.
