Conveyors & Correlators
Rely on the quality of Coleman Hanna for your conveyors and correlators. Most tunnels utilize a conveyor to maintain a consistent speed and guide the customer through the wash. Correlators help the vehicle load onto the conveyor. Coleman Hanna offers C-3 Correlator and Roller Correlator.
Hanna designed and built the first legendary RCV Conveyor (over & under on demand) in the world in the 1960’s and held the original patents for the design. Most conveyors in the market today
are some form of a copy of that conveyor.
Today’s RCV Conveyor built by Coleman Hanna Carwash Systems continues the legacy with new and innovative ideas that provides the motorist and entrepreneur with a safe and effective way of conveying the vehicle through the different types of wash systems.
Today’s designs include the safety features of the EZ-Up Door™ and the Disappearing Exit Door™.
The Hannatron™ cover on the outside guide rail provides a clean slippery surface to help protect wheels and tires.
Also, the addition of the anti-jam forks adds to the overall reliability of the conveyor. The entrance rails have been widened from the standard 13” width to 16” for ease of entry. The RCV Conveyor comes standard with the 88k chain and you have the option to upgrade to X-458 or log chain. Similarly, the standard 13” width is now available in 14” width. An optional removable tooth sprocket is available which will fit future changes and accommodate your choice of two, four, or six wheel pushers. Lastly, a Smooth Glide Takeup has been added to provide a constant chain tension for all conveyor lengths.

The front and rear wheels of a vehicle have 12 inches of lateral movement, ensuring proper alignment onto the conveyor. The C-3 Correlator is designed for years of reliable performance. It is manufactured using solid steel construction and has eighteen cast iron wheels supporting a spring loaded spring loaded top deck.
Designed for safety as well as function; the 3 foot wide by 12 foot long heavy gauge diamond plate steel top plate design reduces the potential for customer and operator incident. The wide design provides for virtually any vehicle size and shape, while the low profile allows for minimum installation preparation.

Hanna’s Roller Correlator ensures the vehicle enters the conveyor properly using yellow UHMW Rollers or Steel Rollers. The Steel Rollers can come with either painted steel or galvanized. Upgrade an existing C3 Correlator to the new roller design to improve functionality. The C3 Design frames include yellow fiber glass grating
to complete the conveyor.
