Hanna’s EQ Series Dryers are all about high efficiency and low energy while keeping it easy and simple. Hanna’s take on this conventional drying system is aimed at quality of manufacture and the quantity of air flow while using the least amount of energy. Hanna’s Hi-Flow round nozzle design provides a smooth transition of air flow from the scrolled producers directly through to the vehicle surface. The most popular 10 HP producer delivers performance similar to other 15 HP producers. Hanna’s 7.5 HP EQ producers are not only efficient but provide tremendous drying power onto the vehicle sides, mirrors, and rocker panel areas. The ease of mounting and various configurations provides many operational designs to accomplish desired results. Hanna’s nozzles and plenums are designed to reduce air turbulence and increase performance. Each single frame arch can mount up to 5 producers.

Fin Dryer Attachment

Hanna’s Fin Dryer Attachment is the ideal solution for drying the side vertical surfaces of the vehicle. Hanna has offered the Fin Dryer Attachment in export markets where it is used as a primary drying component for conveyor systems that require less power consumption. This most recent version has shown excellent results when attached to Hanna’s EQ Series dryers running on as little as 10 HP.

The Fin Dryer Attachment has not only improved effective in smaller tunnels, but is also used as a finish type dryer in longer and faster moving conveyors.

Made of stainless steel for years of use it is easily fitted to either the Concorde or EQ Series blowers (both 10hp and 15hp models). The Fin Dryer Attachment uses a rugged synthetic fabric to direct air flow and protect against incident from longer non-standard mirrors. The small fabric nozzle is attached to a stainless steel manifold which allows it to be easily replaced. The Fin Dryer Attachment easily retrofits to any existing overhead Hanna EQ Dryer. The compact design only requires a 12-foot wide tunnel for installation.

Hanna’s Wind Blade is a unique drying system designed to save conveyor space and to reduce energy costs. The Wind Blade accomplishes both goals by using proven theories. It takes less energy to move something in motion than it does an object that is in a stationary position. In other words, water is easier to move while it is still moving on the vehicle in the final rinse application than when it is stationary and lying flat on the surface of the vehicle.

By placing the Wind Blade 4’ to 5’ behind the final rinse application we are able to use the 20 HP Wind Blade to remove a very high percentage of the water from the vehicle. This allows additional EQ H.E.S.S. (high efficiency stainless steel) blowers placed closely behind the Wind Blade to finish the drying of the vehicle using much less energy and saving valuable conveyor space. Saving valuable conveyor space allows you to add other revenue generating products such as to increase your revenue and profitability and customers experience.
